Kindergarten Plus

This class is a confidence building, fun foundation for puppies 10 - 22 weeks old at first day of class.

Class includes puppy level challenges, games, and basic manners training to give your puppy a great initial view of the world and the skills to greet it confidently. Positive reinforcement and an introduction to clicker-based training will get your puppy thinking and learning actively.

We try for a student/teacher ratio of not more than 5/1 which ensures individual attention. Join us in teaching your puppy to love learning with you.

Baby Agility

This class is your puppy's first taste of an exciting performance sport.

We will introduce your puppy to basic skill sets - crate games, intense stays, toy play and drive, sends and comes, shaping behaviors, impulse control exercises - and also to low impact agility equipment - wobble boards, low tables and tires, baby walks and tunnels.

Baby agility is for puppies 5 - 10 months old. Two blocks of Kindergarten Plus or the equivalent is a pre-requisite.

Current students have priority.

Senior Puppy

This class continues your puppy's education from the kindergarten classes.

Class is for puppies 5-7 months old at start of class. Emphasis is on attention to handler, focus on task at hand and impulse control. We will continue walk on leash, come when called, stays, crate games, and tricks.

Class is 50 minutes of instruction once a week in a 6 week block.

Obedience & Freestyle


Basic Manners

Our foundation class for pet or perfomance is an introduction for your dog to the excitement of learning, bonding, and training with you. This class incorporates the skills of basic manners with the excitement of games, challenges, and rewards.

Whether you want pleasant walks in the park and good manners in the home or you need attentive walks to the competition ring and confidence in strange surroundings, this class is for you.

Basic Manners is for dogs at least 5 months old.

Duration: 1 hr/week for 7 weeks.

Cost: $105 for 7 weeks.

Agility Classes


Foundation I, II, III and IV Agility

beginner 1-4

These classes are intended to give your dog a firm and confident foundation for the skills needed in a successful agility career.

Learning to love learning is an absolute. Focus and enthusiasm, steady stays, sticky tables, rear end awareness, targeting, introduction to the agility equipment, and much more.

Agility Foundations is for dogs at least 8 months old who have basic obedience manners. Dogs cannot be dog or people aggressive.

Duration: 1 hr/week for 8 weeks. Cost: $135 for 8 weeks.

Intermediate Agility

This class brings foundation skills together so that you and your dog can navigate short agility courses and sharpen your skills on the individual pieces of equipment.

Duration: 8-week sessions, 1 hr/week.
Pre-requisite: Foundation IV Agility or instructor permission

Novice

These classes are geared toward preparing you and your dog for competition (although competition is not required). These classes offers additional handling techniques, methods of proofing your dog's performance, and more advanced courses to increase your dog's confidence and skill.

Duration: 8-week sessions, 1 hr/week.
Pre-requisite: Intermediate Agility or instructor permission

Distance Agility

This class will allow for practice on distance challenges common to ASCA, NADAC, CPE, USDAA, and AKC, with observation and instruction. The three main skills: distance (forward and lateral), direction (turns), and discrimination, will be covered. Dogs need to be proficient on all obstacles.
